MENA Spine Congress 2026 – Abstract Submission Guidelines
We welcome the submission of abstracts for the MENA Spine Congress 2026. Researchers, clinicians, and academics are encouraged to submit their original work for consideration. Abstracts should reflect innovations, research findings, case studies, or clinical practices in the field of spine health and surgery.
Submission Deadline: 30 September 2025
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- The word limit is 300 words (excluding title and author details).
- Submissions must include a title, author(s), affiliations, and contact email.
- Abstracts should be structured into Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- Submissions must be original and not previously published or presented.
- Abstracts should be PowerPoint format suitable for podium presentation
- The allocated presentation time for abstracts is (4) minutes.
- Abstracts will follow a rapid, back-to-back presentation format.
- Strict adherence to the allocated time is mandatory to maintain the flow of abstracts.
Review Process
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by members of the Organizing & Scientific Committee. Submissions will be evaluated based on relevance, scientific merit, innovation, and clarity. Accepted abstracts will be notified via email by October 30, 2025.
